Utilizing ¼” Tellurium copper wire in combination with our Escomatic screw machine provided a high throughput solution for producing this part, which featured dimensions of 1.313″ in length and 0.230″ in diameter. Special features of this component included the precision drilled cross holes and back hole. Carefully controlled in-process and final inspections at all critical stages ensured we kept within the ± 0.001″ tolerance requirements.
